Our unwavering commitment to top notch service and cutting edge cuisine has provided us with many opportunities to cater for many of Boston and the South Shore's finest affairs. The Chef’s Table was born from a dream to blend a love of hospitality and events with the desire to create a family life that so often feels out of reach for chefs. In 2001, Mark and Julie Ellis combined their passion for food, hospitality, and community to build a business that not only provided for their growing family, but also reflected their belief in celebrating life’s most meaningful moments. Today, The Chef’s Table has the joy of turning those moments into unforgettable celebrations. Whether it’s a wedding, milestone birthday, or intimate gathering, Mark, Julie and the entire team pour their hearts into every detail—bringing people together with exceptional food and genuine service. - What menu customization options do you offer?
- We offer a wide range of menu customization options. Since every event is a little different, we’re happy to tailor selections to fit your vision — whether that’s adjusting flavors, incorporating seasonal items, highlighting family favorites, or designing a menu around specific styles.
- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Our planners and chefs are well versed in designing menus that can accommodate a large variety of food restrictions. We encourage all clients to include some gluten-free and vegetarian options in each menu.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Yes — we bring all necessary catering equipment to your venue. As an off-premise caterer, we arrive fully prepared with our field kitchen, cooking tools, and service equipment to execute your event smoothly, even in spaces with limited onsite resources.
- What are the pricing options for your packages?
- Our pricing isn’t set into fixed “packages” — instead, each proposal is custom-curated for your event. We take into account your vision, menu preferences, guest count, venue logistics, and the level of service you’re looking for, and build a tailored proposal that reflects all of those details.
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We can provide everything from beer and wine to full-service bars with signature cocktails, mixers, glassware, ice, and all required staffing under our 12C liquor license.
