Hi! I'm Tavi, the Owner and Lead Planner of Hun Events, a Northeast Los Angeles-based Wedding Planning business specializing in sweet details of intimate events. My professional background is in TV entertainment, specifically comedy development and production. Having this experience helps me create a cohesive balance of event production, efficient collaboration with different vendors, and vulnerable connection with my couples. My goal is to make your wedding planning process efficient, light on stress, and most importantly… fun! I know how special this day is for you and your guests, and I’ll be here with a touch of comedic relief to guide you through what can seem like an overwhelming experience (but doesn’t have to be!).     Owner & Lead Planner
    Hi! I'm Tavi, the Owner of & Lead Planner at Hun Events. After working in the comedy and entertainment industry for 8 years, I decided to pivot my skills of production and creativity over to event planning and design! I planned (and then re-planned it after a Covid postponement) my own wedding and fell in love with it, so I took Planner Life Academy education courses and kicked off my career by assisting various luxury wedding planners in SoCal and eventually started Hun Events in 2022.

    1. What event planning services do you offer?
      2. I offer Full Service Planning, Partial Planning, and Wedding Management services. Full Service begins when we start working together (8 months-1.5 years out) and Wedding Management begins 60 days out. Partial Planning packages are more customized to fit your specific needs!
    2. Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
      3. There is no successful way to execute a wedding day with just "day-of" coordination. I offer Wedding Management services which begin 60 days out from your wedding date! This time-frame helps me get acquainted with your vendors and solidified plans so that we enter your wedding day fully prepared!
    3. What venues have you worked at before?
      4. Some venues I've worked at include Ebell of Long Beach, Capri Hotel in Ojai, Bell's in Los Alamos, 1880 Union Hotel in Los Alamos, Redbird, The Lodge at Malibou Lake, Wrensmoor Castle, Darlington House, SmogShoppe, LA River Center, La Paloma Cafe in Santa Barbara, and Barr Mansion in Austin.
