Shanda
Owner / Lead Designer
Shanda began her journey with floral design in August of 2016 when she founded Flor de Casa Designs. She strives to work with clients to visualize and actualize their dream wedding designs. She says..."I lead the work on my designs with the understanding that the value is always in the details. They matter most...it comes naturally for me to make arrangements that keep my clients’ unique tastes and tastes and preferences at the heart of every design."
Kimmi
Senior Designer
KIMMI Senior Designer ​ ​As lead designer, Kimmi has become an integral part of the team. She's been with Flor de Casa since 2019 and not only does she assist our lead designer, Shanda on executing our client's visions, she takes on her own events and delivers an impeccable wedding day experience to our couples. As much as she loves designing for weddings, she also has a passion for cooking, baking and rock climbing.
Sabrina
Client Services Coordinator
Sabrina is the first point of contact for our clients and keeps busy behind the scenes ensuring our clients are well taken care of. When she's not hard at work, you can find her watching the latest Netflix series, lounging on the beach in Rio de Janeiro (where she currently lives... and we secretly hate her for it. LOL), traveling the world or serving her community.
Susan
Junior Designer
Susan is the newest member to join our team and has become an invaluable part of it. She assists with wedding prep, design and execution of our client's most special day. When she is not assisting Shanda or Kimmi, you can find her running point on some of our weddings. On her time away from the FdeC team, she loves spending time with her family and dabbling in interior design as a hobby.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Does your team handle setup, delivery, and breakdown?
    2. Absolutely! We include the cost of delivery (on occasion, to multiple locations), set-up, breakdown and even re-purposing should you choose to re-purpose your ceremony flowers to your reception space in all of our floral proposals.
  2. How far in advance should I book your services?
    3. On average, our clients book our services 8 - 12 months in advance. However, we always have a bit of wiggle room for more short notice events.
  3. What is your booking process like?
    4. After you've submitted an inquiry, we'll reply within 24 hours with our availability. From there, we schedule a phone consultation to get a clear idea of your dream wedding and we'll go to work on a custom proposal. We'll chat through the proposal on Zoom and move forward to booking if you choose.
