Yes, our Complete Service offering will support our clients with arranging consultations as well as additional meetings throughout the planning process. Majority of our clients do not reside in Florida and in an effort to save them time, our team curates weekend meeting schedules.

Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?

Vendor payments are typically handled directly between the client and the vendors. Nonetheless, we provide exceptional budget outline where we will keep all vendor payment information organized, including total balance, deposits made, final balance and due date reminders, as well as payment method.

How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?

We consider all factors when developing a team of on-site coordinators for your events to ensure every aspect is thoroughly executed – guest count, size of venue, and number of events and vendors. Each event will have no less than 2 coordinators.

Our team’s ‘home base’ is Central Florida. We travel pretty regularly between Orlando and Tampa, but also service South Florida: Miami, Bonita Springs/Naples, Fort Lauderdale and destinations worldwide.
