About Bailey Connor Catering

We are a family and a team of creators, innovators, and collaborators who deeply care about connecting with our clients, vendors, and each other. Our goal is to understand our clients' personalities and visions, bringing their dreams to life through exceptional food and design. Veronika Millstid founded Bailey Connor in January 1997 in a modest office/storage/kitchen space. Through a commitment to excellence, the business has grown significantly. Now a second-generation family-owned and operated company, Bailey Connor thrives under the leadership of Marsha Millstid (Director of Catering and Events), Timothy Powers (Executive Chef), and Tessa Yates (Director of Sales and Marketing). Marsha's extensive entrepreneurial background, Timothy's acclaimed culinary expertise in the USCG and beyond, and Tessa's passion for people and events drive our success.     Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
    2. We are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with prior notice.
    3. Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
    4. Tastings are available Tuesday - Thursday, based upon chef's availability. Tastings can be scheduled once a catering proposal and menu has been prepared.
    5. Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
    6. We offer three bar service options. Our bar packages include four hours of service. We can accommodate special requests based on availability.
