- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- Yes, while it is not required to use them, we do have a preferred vendor list. These vendors already have experience working at Wonderfly Arena, which makes the whole process extremely easy. You can find our preferred vendor list here: https://www.wonderflyarena.com/vendors
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- This varies depending on the type of event you are looking to book. Our "Party" packages starts at $79 per player, free after 20 players, for a 2 hour party. Our "Event" packages start at $2950 for a 4 hour rental. Our "Corporate" package starts at $3,450 for 4 hours. Please contact us for more info
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Each event at Wonderfly Arena includes dedicated event staff, 100% private access to all 3 spaces, access to all of our games, custom layouts, full access to our A/V setup, free spectators, and music/lighting customization. We are dedicated to making your event feel like YOUR event.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- We do not have our own liquor license, however we do have a BYOB policy. Groups of 50 or less can bring in their own beer, wine, and hard seltzers. Groups of more than 50 people or any group that wants liquor must have a TIPS or TAMS certified bartender on site serving.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes, every event comes with a dedicated facility manager, alongside additional Wonderfly staff members to help setup the space and coordinate the activities. The week before your event, the facility manager will have you come in for a "pre-event walkthrough" to help coordinate logistics.

OwnerJon founded Wonderfly Arena in 2019 as an extension to his already existing party game rental service, Wonderfly Games. Jon's core value of creating the "WOW" factor breaths fresh air into a unique event space unlike anything like you've ever seen before.
