- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Security Deposit is fully refundable up until two weeks prior to event date. Final payment is due three weeks before event and is then non refundable.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 200 for seated meal with space for dance floor, bar, buffet 250 theater style 350 for cocktails, standing room only with buffet and drink tables Smaller rooms provide for 50 person or 30 person events. 150 seated in garden for wedding ceremony
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Rentals include tables, chairs, warming kitchen, parking, and the ability to hire any caterer you choose. Av equipment including speakers, microphone, large screen TV, projector and screen provided. Event staff for set up available by request.
- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Depends on day of the week, hours and space(s) rented. See our website for rates at https://wcccmaryland.org/event-contact. Rate chart is provided for reference only, package can be customized to your needs.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- You may hire any caterer or event planner that you choose. We can provide a short list of catering companies who are familiar with our venue and are recommended based on past service, but the choice is yours.
