Beautiful wedding and event venue in East Texas! If you're looking for a rustic barn in the Tyler, Kilgore, Longview, or East Texas area, this is the place to go. This family-owned and operated venue has provided a personalized wedding experience in a natural environment since 2006. With endless photo options on their special day, you'll see why couples and photographers love coming to Willow Creek Ranch. A large barn made of hand-cut cedar, pine, and oak from the area. Our family built the entire barn and landscape by hand. Brides can choose between getting married in our lovely wooden barn or on our outside arbor. There's also a deck that looks out over a large koi pond with an illuminated fountain, which offers a lovely background for any wedding day. The site is set on 50 acres of land that was once a tree farm. Spring wildflower meadows, big dogwoods, flowering pink crab apples, and Chinese Pistache that turn gorgeous shades of scarlet and orange in the fall were all planted in rows decades ago. On your wedding day, we do our best to make things as convenient and uncomplicated as possible. The rental price includes the rooms, kitchen, reception, and outside areas. Brides will spend two hours on property with their photographer for bridal portraits prior to their wedding day. For $2,000, we put together a ceremony-only package for up to 50 guests. This includes the venue, the bridal suite and groom's room, the sign-in table, and the usage of our vintage chairs, among other things! Traditional Wedding Package includes full-day property access, five hours for your celebration, all of your tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and place settings (including gold charger plates), wedding planning, decor, and use of our vintage furniture, among other things.
