Ideal for both pop up shops/events, photography and film shoots and gallery presentations. It comes with a small kitchen unit, two bathrooms and an enclosed room at the back, ideal for hair and make-up and general storage. As it is a one-level space, trucks can load-in at the commercial loading zone outside the gallery or around the corner on S Santa Fe x Violet Street. Loading-in is made easy as it is a one-level with a shutter and two door entrances.
