- Do you allow outside catering?
- Yes, in certain situations, for example religious. Rates do change based on the event, and catering need.
- What is your alcohol policy?
- All alcohol must be purchased soley through Waterside Restaurant and Catering. No outside liquor is allowed.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- All deposits are non refundable. Clients will be responsible for the full amount as per their contract. In the event that Waterside must close, due to a state of emergency, you event will be moved to the next available date.
- What are my décor options?
- You may bring in any type of décor you would like. If you are having a decorator, they must have insurance. If you, your self are providing décor, in the case of any damage, you will be responsible.
- Do you offer tours of the space?
- Yes, we are tours 7 days a week. It is recommend to come during the week. We can accommodate later appointments in the evening as well. Weekend appointments are extremely limited, as we are hosting our private events at that time.
