The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin are renowned for expansive meeting facilities, outstanding service and ideal location in the heart of the world’s most desirable destination – the Walt Disney World® Resort. The newest addition to our property, The Swan Reserve, which opened in November 2021, is a part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection and has been named "BOW" Best of Wedding Venue award winner in Central Florida for 2022-2023. It is “An Intimate Oasis Located in the Heart of the Most Magical Place on Earth.” The Swan Reserve houses the most impressive of the resort's event spaces called The Vue. This rooftop venue offers jaw dropping views overlooking all of the Walt Disney World Resort including nighttime firework displays from of all of the theme parks. For those who are searching for a one-of-a-kind setting to say "I Do", "Happy Birthday" or "Mazel Tov" it is the perfect destination for you and your guests. Picturesque from 15 stories above, a ceremony on the Vue Terrace followed by a spectacular dinner/dance in the Vue ballroom will offer you and your guests an unforgettable event. The Swan Reserve Wedding Menu Packages range from $230-260++ per person. The Swan & Dolphin Wedding Menu Packages range $180-200++ per person. These menu packages are based on a 4 Hour Reception to include the pre-reception, dinner, champagne toast, 4 hour bar package and wedding cake. For all events, the hotel Food & Beverage Minimums range from $5,000-25,000++ and are based on the following: 1.) size of the ballroom selected 2.) the time of the day (afternoon or evening, with evenings being more expensive) and 3.) day of the week (Friday & Saturdays are considered peak days of the week). The food & beverage minimum is the amount you commit to spending with the hotel in order for the hotel to hold and contract a ballroom for your event. The menu you select goes towards this minimum. The final menu price and number of guests will vary based on what you have selected off the catering menus or wedding packages. As long as the final menu times the number of guests meets or exceeds the food & beverage minimum, then you have fulfilled your commitment to the hotel.

- How far in advance can I book my wedding?
- Typically we are able to book your ceremony 12-15 months in advance, depending on your desired date, the size of your group, and desired ceremony site.
- How much advance notice is needed for booking a wedding ceremony or reception?
- We recommend a one week minimum for ceremonies and a two month minimum for receptions. We are capable of handling last-minute requests, subject to space and staff availability. Holidays and weekends are peak time periods for our property and are subject to availability without sufficient notice.
- Is a deposit required?
- Yes. For the Ceremony portion a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. For Receptions, a 25% non-refundable deposit of the Food & Beverage minimum is due at contract signing, then another deposit is due at the half way mark, & then final payment is due on the estimate final bill at 30 days prior.
- Are there discounted room rates for members of the wedding party and guests if they want to stay at the resort?
- Yes, Room blocks with special rates can be arranged for 10 or more guest rooms on one peak night through the hotel’s sales department.
- Do I have to be a guest of the WDW Swan and Dolphin to get married there?
- No. You don’t have to be a guest staying at the resort.

She has held other positions with wedding and event companies including Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings, The Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott and Wonderful Weddings and Events. She has held a position of Programs Chair with NACE in the past. She also holds certifications as an Achieved Certified Meeting Planner, Achieved Certified Wedding Planner and First Level Sommelier.
