- CAN WE PROVIDE OUR OWN RENTAL ITEMS AND DO YOU REQUIRE APPROVED VENDORS?
- Rental items are permitted at no additional charge and are encouraged to tailor your event to your desire. A list of highly professional, pre-approved event professionals may be requested from your Event Manager. All vendors are subject to the approval of your Event Manager.
- WILL OUR EVENT MANAGER BE ON-SITE ON OUR EVENT DAY?
- Your Event Manager will be on-site on the event day and will work with your wedding planner to ensure a flawless wedding. The hotel will also staff a professional Banquet Captain who will also partner with your wedding planner and will be responsible for the execution of the wedding reception.
- WILL OUR WEDDING BE THE ONLY EVENT SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY?
- The resort grounds span 175 spacious acres and we typically have multiple functions occurring at the same time. Rest assured that you will enjoy personalized service and the individual attention that your wedding deserves.
- WILL WALDORF ASTORIA MONARCH BEACH RESORT & CLUB EXTEND DISCOUNT ROOM RATES TO MY GUESTS?
- A contracted room block is strongly suggested for weddings requiring 10 rooms or more. Your Waldorf Astoria Catering Sales professional can provide more information. Guest rooms and discounted rates are based on availability.
- WHAT IS THE AVERAGE COST PER PERSON?
- Based on our current banquet menus, on average you may expect to spend approximately $380-$500 per person for dinner, both of which are exclusive of 26% (for Indoor Events) or 30% (for Outdoor Events) service charge and sales tax.
