How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Venue rental fees will vary by event space utilized as we have spaces that accommodate events of 10 or fewer, and spaces that accommodate up to 400 guests. From small meeting rooms to restaurant buyouts. Rental fees start at $1,500 and may exceed $100K.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
Rental fees will include use of the space for the contracted time, labor for setup, and use of all in-house banquet furniture. Some spaces may include existing furniture, such as our restaurant spaces.
What is the venue capacity?
We have several event spaces, ready to accommodate events from 1-400 guests.
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
All events will be confirmed with a contract that outlines our cancellation policy. The cancellation terms are based on length of time between date of cancellation and event date, where the closer to the event date - the higher the cancellation fee will be.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
We will want to review your decor plans to ensure they follow all safety and approved guidelines. Some restrictions include: Decor may not be adhered to hotel property, and use of candles requires a candle permit from the city of Beverly Hills.
