Venues at Station West

Welcome to Station West, where we are building community one event at a time. Station West is a redeveloped multi-use facility that offers multiple event venues for your next celebration. Our collection of venues offer both indoor and outdoor event opportunities. Our two most popular indoor event spaces, The Union & The Crossing, are blank canvas spaces and perfect for those ready to create the event of their dreams! An industrial vibe with unique finishes, 16' ceilings and views of Uptown Charlotte the Union spaces are designed for events of all sizes. The Union and The Crossing are great spaces for those groups looking for setup options or design creativity. Our favorite events in these spaces include milestone birthdays, corporate lunch & learns, holiday events, networking functions, and fundraising galas. For a more unique event location Coffee at Station West is an eclectic space, bringing the coffee house vibes to your next function. This space is ideal for groups ranging from 15-75 and can be utilized for corporate mixers, book launches, afternoon baby showers, and more. The outdoor space, The Plaza, features terraced gardens and seating, a food truck zone, and adaptable furniture to accommodate different types of groups and events. The Plaza is a great addition to any event taking place in one of our indoor spaces or can be rented on its own. A few ideas of great events for the plaza include charity races, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and summer kick off parties. Are you hosting an oversized event?
