Chris Blobaum, our corporate chef, oversees the activities of our team of executive chefs. His work as a traditionally French-trained chef, schooled at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, has taken him all over the nation, allowing him to further develop his passion for blending regional food with locally sourced and organic products. The Wilshire Restaurant (Santa Monica), the Four Seasons (Houston), The Inn at Palmetto Bluff (South Carolina), and the Ritz-Carlton (Chicago) are just a few of the famous establishments where Chris has worked.
