Spaces for Rental: Vassé Rendezvous offers several distinct spaces within our 10-acre property, each available for rent and perfect for customizing your event: * Main Event Lawn: An expansive open space ideal for large gatherings, ceremonies, and receptions, or setting up seating for live performances * Lakeside Area: A picturesque spot by the lake, perfect for intimate ceremonies and photo sessions, or as a backdrop for smaller-scale performances or experiences. * Entertainment Pavilion: A 1,600 sq ft uncovered pavilion with area attached gazebo,, perfect for dining, dancing, or other activities. * 320 sq ft Modern Shipping Container Lounge with Rooftop Deck: A sleek, contemporary space that can serve as a VIP area, cocktail lounge, or quiet retreat. The rooftop deck provides an elevated and unique vantage point for small gatherings, DJ booth, or scenic views. Booking and Policies: To secure your date at Vassé Rendezvous, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. A refundable $300-500 (depending on size of event) damage deposit/cleanup fee is also required.
