About USC Hotel
Our hotel offers a variety of meeting and event spaces as well as access to all of USC campus’ extensive venue offerings, for a truly unique experience. During your event, you will work with our expert chefs and on-site catering team who provide a one-stop shop for all of your event planning and conferencing needs. No matter what the occasion, our event professionals make banquet planning easy with customizable packages and an unlimited variety of fun and elegant culinary experiences. Catering We aim to provide healthy, delicious, and socially responsible cuisine for the Trojan Family and our hotel guests. Keeping in line with our campus Food Philosophy, USC Hotel offers a variety of fresh, seasonal, and inspiring hand-made menus. There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $250/hr. Please note there is a $15 corkage fee for wine and champagne. SOCIAL EVENTS & CELEBRATIONS Located on the second floor of USC Hotel, our 7,000 square foot Grand Ballroom can comfortably accommodate up to 300 guests with ample space for a dance floor. As you enter the Ballroom, your eyes are immediately drawn to the exquisite crystal chandeliers and the ballroom’s warm and inviting earth tone decor. Just outside the main entrance to the Grand Ballroom arches you find our airy and naturally-lighted Galleria. The Galleria is perfectly suited for your guests to gather and enjoy specialty drinks and delicious appetizers before entering your reception.
