- Venue rental starts at $1,500 for weekday events with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Venue rental includes seating for up to 200 guests, cocktail tables, bar stations (indoor and outdoor), access to outdoor deck, in house lighting systems, in house decoration, preferred AV pricing, access to preferred vendors' pricing, onsite parking, rollup door access, experienced event team.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Upper Larimer can comfortably accommodate 300 guests seated / 500 guests standing indoors and 220 guests seated outdoors. Hospitality Suite can accommodate 20 guests seated and 40 guests standing.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, the entire Upper Larimer property is handicap accessible.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
