- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- We offer the entire venue—all indoor rooms and outdoor spaces—for a twelve-hour block. With the rental, we provide rectangle and round tables, and 250 chairs. Number of guests depends on location of event (indoor, outdoor, or both) and if it’s seated or flowing.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 200 seated and 400 flowing.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- We offer disabled parking with a ramp for entrance, along with an ADA restroom on the main level.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- We have a spacious parking lot and parking is allowed on the streets that border the venue.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- We provide a state-of-the-art speaker and A/V system. Your band or DJ will bring their own equipment.
