SSS Ranch Napa is one of the oldest ranches in Wine Country going back to an original Spanish land grant in the 1800’s. In 1958 the ranch was turned into a family resort making it the oldest operating resort in Wine Country. In 2012 the ranch was purchased by the current owners who fully renovated the property using architectural salvage collected from around the world. Their objective was to make you feel as if you are in your own private village on a hilltop in France. Because we only rented the property exclusively, you have your own private resort perfect for a destination wedding weekend. The estate can sleep up to 60 of your guests onsite in the two historic Victorians houses and the 14 chic cabins. The iconic ranch sits on a western facing ridge top surrounded by old growth Redwood, Walnut, Live Oak and Douglas Fir trees. From this location you will experience the best sunsets in Napa Valley. Though the property is in a pristine environment it is only 4 miles from the historic town of Calistoga. At SSS Ranch you can have your rehearsal dinner Friday night, ceremony and reception Saturday night, and brunch Sunday morning. You get the exclusive use of this magical property for 2 nights which includes: Reception area in our Event Barn and stone patios Ceremony site under a massive 175 year old Black Walnut tree Tables and chairs for up to 150 people at both the ceremony and reception sites Pool area, salt-water infinity hot tub, gym and private 12 acres Full commercial kitchen, outdoor pizza oven, and Argentine BBQ Given the private nature of the ranch, we host a limited number of events annually. Our in-season weekend fee is $45k for the exclusive use of the entire estate including the lodging for 60 people and up to 200 event guests. We have reduced this price to $35k for those weekends still available for 2024! Given that we are in the epicurean center of the Unted States, we allow you to choose your own food and alcohol. The possibilities are endless! We have a preferred list of wedding planners as well as an inhouse planning to make your weekend seamless.
