About TownHall Texas
TownHall Texas is located on 10 gorgeous acres, just 5 miles east of The Woodlands Mall. We have two unique halls for your party or reception and, if you're looking to get married on site, four distinct ceremony sites to choose from. Our Lone Star Hall is a rustic dancehall for up to 100 guests while our brand-new San Jacinto Hall is a modern farmhouse for up to 225 guests. The Palapa on the island of our 2-acre stocked pond and Open-Air Chapel are both covered ceremony sites, while our Gazebo and Old Western Town options are completely open. We've got separate bride's and groom's cabins for everyone to get ready on site on the wedding day! Packages range from Venue Only up to All-Inclusive and everywhere in between. We'll take care of providing all of the alcohol for you, and you are more than welcome to bring in all of your own vendors on top of that. Access depends on the type of event you're hosting with weddings being allowed up to 17 hours on the day of and up to 4 hours the day before (based on availability) while our party rentals have up to 8 hours in total.

- What do I need to do to secure my date?
- We'll need a signed copy of our License Agreement and a deposit of either $2,500 or 50%, whichever is less. We can do all of this online so if you're ready to book, send an e-mail to info@townhalltexas.com and we will get everything over to you as soon as possible!
- What are the payment terms/schedule?
- Once your deposit is paid to secure your date, nothing additional is due until 30 days prior to your event. At that point the balance must be paid in full. It is up to you how, or if, you make payments in between. When you book your event, we'll send you an invoice for the full amount right off t
- What is your cancellation policy?
- For cancellations requested within 30 days of signing the License Agreement and payment of deposit, a fee of $500 will be retained and the remaining amount paid will be refunded. After 30 days, all deposits become non-refundable.
- Is alcohol allowed?
- Absolutely! All alcohol must be purchased through TownHall Texas. Due to TABC Regulations, no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises, including in the cabins, but we'll make sure you're covered there as well!
- Is a day-of coordinator included with our wedding rental?
- Our day-of coordinator is included with our All-Inclusive Package. Other wedding rentals can add on our day-of coordinator for $650. We do not require that you have a coordinator, however, we do recommend you have a point of contact or someone in charge other than the bride and groom.
