- Does Arlo Williamsburg provide staffing for the events?
- Arlo Williamsburg provides full service staff including servers, bartenders, bussers and barbacks. Coat check and bathroom attendants can be hired at an additional cost.
- Who needs to provide a COI?
- All vendors who work on the property must provide a COI including but not limited to: florist, decorator, photographer, DJ, AV company, etc.
- Should I hire an event planner?
- WEDDINGS: We help plan your menu, staffing, and venue setup, but a hired professional and insured planner or month-of coordinator is required for your wedding day. We're happy to share our talented recommended vendor list.
- Do you have any exclusive vendors?
- While we don’t have any exclusive vendors, we’re very proud to work alongside all of our preferred vendors. Incredibly talented and genuinely collaborative, we’ve curated our list over many years of shared experience.
- Am I allowed to take photos throughout the hotel?
- We do not authorize any unscheduled public hotel space photography at the hotel for liability reasons. We kindly ask that you inform us if you’d like to do a paid shoot at the Arlo Williamsburg.

Kiley Rothweiler
Director of EventsOver the past decade, I’ve produced more than 2,500 events, from concept to execution. My background includes eight plus years with Michelin Key hotels, The Hotel Chelsea and The Bowery Hotel, and six years in nonprofit theater development leading campaigns and events. At heart, I’m a storyteller. I see events as living narratives, where every detail becomes part of a client's story, crafted with care, intention, and creativity.
