Our venue is perfect for couples looking for a combination of indoor and outdoor event space. The main level is equipped for small or large events, and is ideal for catering display, lounge seating and cocktail hour. We have over three acres of beautiful outdoor space, and curated gardens that will be the perfect backdrop for your special day in every season. We partner with local industry leading professionals to offer bespoke packages that are completely tailored to your vision. - The White Home has a maximum capacity of 500 guests that can be accommodated on our property.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- While we don't have a strict preferred vendor list, we do require that all vendors are licensed, insured, and certified to operate within our venue guidelines. We're happy to provide recommendations based on past experiences and client feedback.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- There is on-site parking behind the home on our private gravel lot. For larger events, parking is available on the street (no parking allowed on Reid St.) and at the Elizabeth Lane parking garage conveniently beside our venue.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Our all-inclusive package covers Event Management, DJ, Florals, Decor, a White Frame Tent, Ceremony Chairs, Reception Tables, Professional DJ Services, Unlimited Planning Meetings/Calls, a Final Walkthrough, Table Linens, Event Staff, and a Complimentary Mimosa Bar for the Bridal Suite.
