Even while our small-plate menu is a departure from the traditional Italian farm-to-table fare, it ultimately represents the foods that are farmed locally, regionally, and responsibly across our lovely state. In order to promote natural eating, cooking, and growing techniques, we are delighted to collaborate with an extraordinary network of farmers and purveyors who are all committed to our purpose. The White Bull offers house-milled grains, farm-fresh veggies, and grass-fed meats at the tables in our bright and dynamic room, thanks to their hard work and commitment. It was Ernest Hemingway who coined the phrase "The White Bull" to describe a blank sheet of paper, since it both scared and provoked an intense sense of excitement in the great American author.
