About The Vineyards at Dodon
A hidden gem located 28 miles from Capitol Hill, 16 miles from Annapolis, and 38 miles from Baltimore, The Vineyards at Dodon is a farm and winery with flexible event offerings. Located on a 555-acre farm, the bespoke pine building is surrounded by a 17-acre vineyard, pollinator meadows, pasture, and forest. In addition to the winery, the space includes an indoor tasting/board room and the more intimate “Collectors Room” for up to 40 guests. This glass-enclosed space provides a beautiful view and plenty of natural sunlight. A garden of native wildflowers surrounds the building and its attached deck area. A freestanding pavilion that seats 100 is also available.

The Vineyards at Dodon hosts guests, businesses, corporations and organizations, for intimate events and gatherings, including birthday parties, retirement celebrations, corporate retreats, and rehearsal dinners. December - March, the tasting room is most readily available Monday - Friday. Limited availability on Saturdays & Sundays. May - October, the indoor and outdoor spaces are most readily available Monday - Friday. Limited availability on Saturdays & Sundays. April & November the tasting room and outdoor space are most readily available Monday - Thursday, and Fridays before 3 p.m. For weekday events (Monday-Thursday) the space is $15 per guest per hour, with additional fees being food, Tours & Tastings, any additional staffing, Dodon wine and associated taxes. For events on Friday-Sunday, availability is limited. Please inquire for more pricing information. - What is the venue capacity?
- The tasting room can accommodate up to 40 guests, with a smaller room available for more intimate gatherings up to 14 people. The outdoor spaces can host 120 guests standing, or 40 guests seated under the cover of the Pavilion.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We offer thoughtfully sourced cheese & charcuterie options that are crafted in house, in addition to catered meals with our preferred catering partners.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- Yes. We are a farm and vineyard with 100% estate grown, produced and bottled wines. Due to our alcohol license limitations, no outside alcohol is permitted on-site.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 40 guests for indoor events, 120 for outdoor events with no weather contingency available.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes. We have a projector screen, projector, PC connector adaptors, microphone and speakers available for rent.
