- Parking:
- Complimentary parking available in Private Garage which is on-site & holds 300 cars. Or, Client can purchase and organize a Valet company to service your event.
- Set Up Hours:
- We offer three hours of complimentary setup for your vendors to load-in and setup and one hour of complimentary breakdown.
- Final Details / Final Payment:
- You can make any changes to guests or details up to 14 days prior to your event at your Final Meeting. As you see, The Village is very flexible and with us you are just selecting your date because everything can be confirmed two weeks out.
- Additional Event Hours / After Party
- To add additional event hours to your event, it is $2,000 for each additional event hour and you must let The Village know by your Final Meeting, 14 days prior to your event.
- Vendor Meals
- Any vendors staying for the full eight hours of your event (ex: dj and photographer) can be fed day of and their vendor meal is $45 each.
