An Oasis tucked in the Valley for all your Production and Event needs especially Film, TV Shows, Weddings, Corporate Events, and launch parties. The main house boasts 6,300 square feet with an open floor plan with an impressive foyer, double staircase, 23 feet high custom ceiling, fireplaces, dining room, and a formal living room that opens to a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, sports court and lush landscaping. The 30,000 sqft of outdoor space has plenty of space for upto 500 guests for weddings, large events, family reunions, birthday parties, graduations, engagement parties and just about anything else you can conceive w/ a capacity that can accommodate over 300 people. Featuring a large barbeque, salt-water pool, jacuzzi fit for 15 people, and basketball court. The Valley Villa has it all.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Pricing is heavily based on head count. 0-100 guests is $7000-9000, 100-200 is 9000-15,000, 200-350 is 15,000-25,000 The above is Saturday and holiday pricing. Sundays and Fridays are 10% off, weekdays are 15% off
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Photography, tables, and for weddings use of suites to get ready. Cleaning, security, and valet is extra
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- More than 6 months prior to event will receive a full refund. Cancellation of rental 6 months or less prior to rental will forfeit 25% of rental fees. Cancellation of rental 2 months or less prior to rental will forfeit 50% of rental fees. Cancellation of rental 48 hours or less 100% forfeit
- What is the venue capacity?
- 350 sitting, 400-500 standing
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- Music must be moved inside after 10pm but even can continue inside. Max capacity inside is 125
