We do not charge room rental rates but rather food and beverage minimums. The Santa Rita Room is mostly used for Private Dinners or Corporate Meetings/Luncheons. This room has a capacity of 40 people and has a $500 food and beverage minimum. The Pavilion can hold 150 people or 250 if you use the pad site and has a $15,000 food and beverage minimum (for example this would be $100pp for 150 guests) . The Tower Room and Patio can hold 144 people and has a $35,000 minimum and to buyout the entire clubhouse and all rentable spaces, the food and beverage minimum is $50,000.
