Thank you for visitng our venue page! Please note, because our amenity space is held within a commercial office building, the furniture shown is the photos is not able to be moved or removed. We are also not able to bring in any outside rental tables or chairs. All reservations will require a certificate of insurance from the renter that meet the building requirements. The types of events that work best within our space are: -Corporate Parties -Happy Hours -Birthday Parties -Engagement Parties -Wedding or Baby Showers The types of events we CANNOT accomodate easily are: -Weddings -Concerts Experience Deep Ellum - the historic center of Dallas' art, music, and entertainment scene - from the 10th floor of Dallas' marquee creative office tower. Enjoy unobstructed views of downtown in our amenity lounge and terrace with integral patio heating for year round leisure.
