Equipped with high-speed internet, in-house surround sound, and audiovisual equipment, our space can accommodate up to 125 guests for wedding ceremonies and receptions and up to 200 guests standing room. Our professional staff will ensure that your event runs smoothly, from start to finish. Core Values... - What is provided with my rental?
- - A mix of soft seating to accommodate up to 55 guests - Access to our in-house AV system - Use of our wet bar area - 2-6' tables - Use of projector and 7'x7' projector screen - 2500 SF of venue space with use of back patio area - Ambient Philips Hue Smart lighting
- Can I hire any vendors that I want?
- We do have an open vendor policy, but we do require that all vendors are licensed and insured.
- Can I load in earlier or load out later for my event?
- Please refer to your contact for your booked event times. You are only allowed to access to The Space during your contracted hours. If you need to book additional time, please reach out to our Venue Director to add any additional time to your booking (based on availability).
- Can I remove furniture from the Space?
- Yes, we do require 2 weeks advance notice for any furniture removal or specific room reconfiguration so that we can plan ahead and staff accordingly.
- Are there any additional fees included in my venue rental?
- - We require a $500 refundable damage deposit and $100 cleaning fee for each event hosted at the Space. - For events with 100 guests or more, we require security that will be added to your event contract at $50/hr (during event hours only). - No additional taxes.
