- How can I schedule a tour of The Schuyler?
- Site visit tours of The Schuyler are by appointment only. You can request a tour at ldaddario@hamiltonhoteldc.com.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The venue rental fee is inclusive of the contracted function space, in-house inventory of tables, chairs, bars, color look of the LED columns, dance floor, stage riser, and adapter for DJ to plug into our sound system. If you use our catering, the china, glassware, and flatware are included.
- Do you allow outside caterers?
- The Schuyler at The Hamilton Hotel offers highly curated catering packages, however, we also offer our clients the flexibility to utilize licensed and insured catering partners.
- What is a venue manager?
- The Schuyler provides a Venue Manager who will be on site the day of the event for facility management only. The Venue Manager is not responsible for event coordination, set up or breakdown of decor or timeline management.
- Do you have preferred vendors?
- We are pleased to offer a preferred vendor list, however, you are not required to exclusively utilize these vendors. Please note that all vendors used must be licensed and insured to provide proper services during your event.
