- WHAT IS THE COST TO HOST MY EVENT AT THE RICHLAND?
- In addition to your venue fee, 24 Carrots provides catering & bar service, staffing, and additional rentals such as tableware and table linens. 24 Carrots pricing fluctuates based on various factors. Typical pricing starts around $200 per person + the venue fee.
- WHAT IS THE CAPACITY?
- Our beautiful main event room, The Estelle Ballroom, seats up to 170 guests with a dance area. Events without a dance area can accommodate up to 200 guests seated. Cocktail-style receptions can accommodate up to 225 guests.
- CAN I BRING DÉCOR EARLIER OR LEAVE ITEMS OVERNIGHT?
- Décor and personal belongings may not be left on property the day prior or following your event. At the conclusion of your event, 1 hour will be allocated for breakdown and strike. The event space must be completely cleared and all vendors off-site 1 hour following the event end time.
- WHEN IS CHECK-IN ON THE DAY OF MY WEDDING?
- Check-in begins at 3:00pm the day of your event. Check-out is at 11:00am the following day.
- IS A WEDDING COORDINATOR OR PLANNER REQUIRED?
- Yes! Your coordinator or planner will be the liaison between you and all vendors the day of your event, while managing your timeline, personal items, décor, and vendor details. Your coordinator must provide general liability insurance as required in the Venue Rental Contract.
