Longview's leading venue and event center for weddings, receptions, business conferences, and reunions with up to 300 guests. Our structure features a lovely outside pavilion with a fireplace and courtyard, as well as an attractive old world interior with chandelier lighting. Terry Edney, a local builder, had a vision for the Reserve. He recognized the need for a unique location in East Texas for a private event facility. Most alternative locations were either too big or too expensive to host that special gathering. The Reserve can accommodate up to a couple hundred people or can be set up to seem cozy and pleasant for smaller gatherings. The Reserve is incredibly adaptable for any occasion, from the cozy interior built with bricks from early twentieth-century Chicago to the enormous outside pavilion and fireplace. The Reserve houses one-of-a-kind antiques from all across the world. It offers an old-world feel while yet providing the most up-to-date technology features. There are lots of restrooms at The Reserve, as well as a food prep facility that any caterer would appreciate. If you can dream it, we can make it a reality.
