The Ranch at Walston Springs is a one-of-a-kind rural hideaway that offers Bed & Breakfast, Event Space, Cabins, and Corporate/Extended Stay Housing. We are a family-owned and operated business that provides modern amenities while paying homage to a simpler era when hospitality was expected, land was valued, and family/friends/guests were always welcome. The Ranch is around 3 miles south of Palestine's historic district (approx. 2 hours from Dallas or Houston). You'll see "rural landscaping" as soon as you drive onto the property. The front road is lined with peach bushes, wild grape vines, and our "small piggy pen." You'll see ancient "garden beds" loaded with veggies, The Model-T surrounded by flowers, rustic tractors, farm implements, and unique décor as you go around the site. Cast a line in the spring-fed lake, exchange vows or host an event in our 1927 Chapel, or simply relax in the front porch chair and take in the beauty of nature. Fields and woodlands, meadows and gardens, and original turn-of-the-century buildings make up our lovely 23-acre estate.
