The Oxford Venue

The Oxford, formerly known as Fourteen 86 Events, is now owned and managed by us. We have plans to remodel and modernize the venue, as well as be rebranded and relaunch in the fall. The ideal wedding venue for your special day, with room for 100 guests, it is ideal for a smaller wedding surrounded by your closest relatives and friends. You've found it if you're seeking for a versatile, family-friendly event space for any occasion. We welcome you to celebrate with us at The Oxford, whether it's for weddings, bridal and baby showers, graduations, retirements, or any other occasion you can think of. The entrance, terrace, bar area, and reception area will all get a makeover! You'll feel like you're walking into something special with the new pergola structure and bistro lighting at the entry from the parking lot. Any exposed wood or beams in the patio area will be painted white with gray accents and bistro lighting hung from them. During cocktail hour, your guests will be able to relax on the outside furniture. All pine wood in the main reception area, including the roof beams, has been dyed a grey tint. Fabric hanging with twinkle lights has been put to the ceiling, and new chandeliers and fresh paint will be placed to the walls. Our beautiful outside ceremony area will be given a complete make over with turf, solid bases for guest chairs and a backdrop overhaul. Our bridal cottage will eventually be painted on the outside but right now our focus is creating a beautiful and tranquil inside space where our brides can relax and be pampered with all her attendants!
