The estate is rented for the week as required by the city of Islamorada. The week stay with an event fee is based upon the number of wedding guests. For under 150 guests, it is just under $25,000 with all taxes and fees. For 150-250 it is just under $29,000 with all taxes and fees. You may use the venue for any pre/post events such as rehearsal dinner, welcome reception, or Sunday brunch at no additional charge. We have a Dream Team of preferred vendors but you can also bring in your own. Our only requirement is the use of an Islamorada local wedding planner. Compared to resorts and restaurants, your total costs will be substantially less due to the outsourcing of vendors, your ability to BYOB for your open bar, and no need for transportation shuttles, due to our abundance of parking compares to others. We enable enterprise-grade that covers the entire property for your guests to livestream, upload pictures and videos, and make posts quickly and easily.

- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- We require 60% down and the balance 90 days prior to the wedding, but no refunds on money paid should there be a cancellation.
- What is the venue capacity?
- We've hosted weddings of 40-220 but we max out at 250. Our sweet spot for events is about 150 people.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- There is a hard cutoff at 11pm on Friday and Saturday.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- No, we require that you hire a local wedding planner and can advise a few to choose from, they will usually end up saving you money by handling your vendor contracts.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- We do, but you can use whomever you wish provided they have insurance. As a result we've done Indian, Kosher, Vegan, and many other types of weddings.
