Our private event facility can accommodate up to 80 people, and we also provide overnight lodging. If you're thinking of having a rooftop wedding, our private rooftop will be the ideal location. What is the venue capacity?
80 is the max capacity.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
Yes! We do not have on-site vendors but we do have a a curated list of preferred vendors. Please feel free to use your own vendors if the vendors provided are not a fit for your event.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
There is no parking in the building but there are plenty of parking garages around the area that we recommend to clients.
Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
Yes, we have speakers in every room and along the roof deck. Music is easily controlled through our Sonos system.
Is the venue handicap accessible?
Please keep in mind that our beautiful penthouse is on the 12th floor of a San Francisco historic building and therefore there are 19 steps to enter the space from the 11th floor. Your guests and vendors should be notified.
