- What is the venue capacity?
- 80 is the max capacity.
- Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
- Yes! We do not have on-site vendors but we do have a a curated list of preferred vendors. Please feel free to use your own vendors if the vendors provided are not a fit for your event.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- There is no parking in the building but there are plenty of parking garages around the area that we recommend to clients.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes, we have speakers in every room and along the roof deck. Music is easily controlled through our Sonos system.
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Please keep in mind that our beautiful penthouse is on the 12th floor of a San Francisco historic building and therefore there are 19 steps to enter the space from the 11th floor. Your guests and vendors should be notified.
