- The cancellation policy provides a sliding scale of liquidated damages due to the hotel which represents our commitment to resale a portion of the obligation depending on how far in advance the Event and cancellation notice is received.

- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We do not allow open flame nor anything to be adhered to the walls. All other decor elements such as flowers, chargers, china/glassware, linens, rented furniture and structures are permitted. Our Meetings and Special Events team will provide our vendor guidelines and provide further guidance.
