The Maxwell is an upscale wedding and event venue recently built in Raleigh, NC to accommodate events up to 400 guests. The Maxwell is favored by hosts who like to show their originality and unique style. The Maxwell Pricing
Rental rates range from $7,000 - $10,500 depending on the time of year and day of the week. We also have a Beverage Minimum for all dates that ranges from $2,500 -$5,000.

- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- The Maxwell offers ample parking on site for even the largest events! We have 60 parking spaces available for guests along with free street parking and neighboring lots.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- 3500 sf Great Room, 1900 sf Lounge, Catering prep room, (20) 5' round tables, (8) 30" high top top tables, (8) 8' banquet tables, (3) 48" round table, (250) Round diamond back chairs for indoor use, (2) 3' white pillars, (2) Wooden mobile bars, (4) Black frame glass shelves, (3) Easels & more!
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Per fire code all candles must be enclosed in glass. Due to the extensive cleaning required we ask that no glitter or confetti is used or brought on site. We do not allow decorations to be taped, glued, or nailed to any wall. All decorations brought in must go home with you or a designated person.
- Will I be able to hold a ceremony rehersal on site?
- Ceremony rehearsal time slots will be available depending on the event schedule that weekend. In most cases you'll have access the day prior between 9:30am-10:30am.
- What time will I have acess to the venue and how late can we go?
- In order to allow ample time for set up, access to the venue is given at 11am. We allow for 6 hours of guest access for ceremony and reception. Music must be finished & events must end by 11pm due to city noise ordinances. Vendors must be packed & loaded off premise 1 hour after your reception ends.
