What is the venue capacity?
The MacArthur can accommodate intimate gatherings of 50 guests to grandiose events with an assembly occupancy of 5,000.
Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
The MacArthur has exclusive in-house catering. We do not allow outside catering. If, for some reason, our chef and in-house team cannot meet the needs for clients with specific religious or specific ethnic catering requirements, we do allow outside catering. We do have an outside catering fee.
Does the venue have an approved or preferred vendor list?
The MacArthur can provide you with a list of our exclusive partners as well as a preferred vendor list.
How much does it cost to rent the venue?
Pricing is determined by how many event spaces are needed at The MacArthur. Typical pricing ranges from $10,000-$20,000 or a venue buyout for $60,000.
Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
The MacArthur doesn't have onsite parking, but we do recommend and can coordinate valet parking. If you don’t want to offer valet parking, you can direct your guests to park on the street at the meters or in the various public lots and parking structures in the area.
