The M Building

The M Building is a unique event space, showroom, and art gallery. Formerly a 1950’s manufacturing warehouse, the building has been impeccably restored by award-wining architect Chad Oppenheim with attention to detail and consideration to maintain it’s unique design integrity. The distinctive property is in the heart of Wynwood Art District, adjacent to the Miami Design District, and conveniently one block from the Rubell Family Collection. The 12,000 square feet two-story structure comprises 5 gallery spaces and a tropical garden for spectacular outdoor entertaining. A formal living space and a garden terrace have been designed by prominent, international interior designer Chahan Minassian. This tropical modernist structure offers a unique setting for private events, corporate receptions, shows, and family celebrations. A wedding in Miami would not be complete without palm trees and chic contemporary decor! The M Building offers not only those but also floor-to-ceiling glass windows that let in an abundance of that Florida sunshine as you and your guests party away in style. Formerly a manufacturing warehouse, The M Building has since been restored by award-winning architect Chadam Missian. With impeccable attention to detail and design, The M Building is now a two-story structure with five event spaces and a tropical garden, as well as a covered terrace and additional elegant garden areas, that invite you and your guests in for a spectacular time. The rental fee ranges from $6,000 to $8,000 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Amenities include: bride's dressing area, groom's dressing area, coat check room, tables and chairs provided, security, venue set up and clean up, a day-of coordinator, kitchen for prep only, and parking can be arranged. Restrictions are: BYO alcohol, the venue must approve all decorations, general liability insurance required, no rice, birdseed, or confetti is allowed, approved outside caterer allowed, amplified music is OK indoors only, smoking outside only, alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer, and music must end by 12:30AM. The reception is indoor only and the maximum indoor capacity is 150 people.
