How much does it cost to rent the venue?
$500.00 to $3000.00 plus 20% admin fee.
What is included in the venue rental cost?
The cost includes set up, clean up, tables, chairs, tablecloths, buffet tables, bottled water, projector, screen and sound system
What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the space and date. Cancellations are based on the number of days prior to arrival
What is the venue capacity?
We can accommodate up to 50 guests for a seated event and 80 for a reception standing event. There is an outdoor terrace available for additional seating and service.
Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
Decor must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
