About The Lowlands
The Lowlands is a stunning, repurposed building with rich character and history to Saint Paul. Originally a metal manufacturing business since 1929, the building served its purpose until 2017. It now features elegant curved shapes, soft finishes, artful lighting, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces. Two large gathering spaces with expansive windows allow for ample natural light. As the night falls, the lower level bar, which we call the Lady Slipper Lounge, is transformed by the light of the glowing indoor terrarium. From weddings, to corporate gatherings, anniversary parties, and non-profit galas, The Lowlands is a beautiful backdrop for your vision, with all the details accounted for. Events are personal-- your venue should feel that way too.

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Full access to 10,000 square feet of event space, Upper terrace, Lower level patio with cafe lights, Two furnished green rooms, Built-in bars on each level, Bar staffing & glassware, Custom wooden tables & chairs, Parking, and Security
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes. There are two dedicated ADA parking spots, an elevator, and a ramp.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- Yes. There are three parking lots in total-- two are available all the time, with the third only available after 5:00 pm on weekdays and all the time on weekends. Approximately 190 parking spots in total.
- Is there a coat closet/coat check room?
- Yes. We have a coat check that is free and available to use. If you would like an attendant, we can assign one for $30/hour.
- What is the venue capacity?
- 410 people total. With our onsite furniture, we can seat up to 275 guests.
