The Legacy Ballroom is a welcoming and affirming environment for people of all faiths and beliefs. Choose whether to hold your ceremony indoors or outdoors, and you will have great flexibility in the design and set up of your ceremony. Whether you choose to host your reception with us or elsewhere, we will ensure a smooth transition from beginning to end. The Legacy Ballroom is a great place to have a good time! Imagining hosting a cocktail hour in our expansive courtyard, followed by a formal, plated dinner inside our elegant venue. Imagine having a cigar lounge outside, complete with a private bartender, while also serving dinner and dancing inside the main building. Whatever you can dream up, we can bring it to life for you. The Legacy Ballroom can be easily transformed into a fashion show, a high school prom, or a corporate fundraiser with minimal effort. In order to host annual meetings and presentations, we can transform our venue into a meeting space with the help of our audio/visual equipment. Our events have ranged from intimate social gatherings to stunning outdoor wedding ceremonies, as well as large-scale receptions and corporate fundraisers, since the Legacy Ballroom first opened its doors in 2010. At our full-scale, resort-inspired location nestled in the foothills of Paradise Valley, we provide exceptional, individualized service to all of our guests. We believe it is your legacy, and we are here to assist you in establishing it. Our dedicated and knowledgeable event planners will assist you in identifying the theme of your event, developing your menu, and designing and decorating the space. They have years of experience and will assist you in every step of the planning process. You can choose between indoor and outdoor options for the Legacy Ballroom. We have two outdoor courtyards, both of which have lush lawns and stunning mountain views. We have a large ballroom with large chandeliers and a stylish and contemporary design, which can accommodate up to 250 guests and is comfortably furnished. Because of its versatility, our space is ideal for a variety of events, including cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, intimate dinners, fashion shows, large-scale events, and corporate gatherings.
