Our industrial and historic building creates the perfect backdrop for your special day, featuring separate areas for ceremonies, receptions, bridal suite and more. With a ceremony space, reception area, bar, courtyard, groom's room, and bridal/ honeymoon suite, we ensure every aspect is covered for your event. Conveniently located just an hour from Houston, 1.5 hours from Austin, and 40 minutes from College Station, we are your go-to event venue for all. Hosting weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, celebrations of life, baby showers, wedding showers, and corporate events.

- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- We have flexible pricing- all available on our website. Venue only pricing starts as low as $1200 for downstairs only on a weekday. Saturday full building rental is $6000
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Tables, chairs, AV/ projector/ screen, outdoor patio, separate bar area. We also have decorations you are welcome to use.
- What is the venue capacity?
- capacity is 200 if renting the whole building but we are also great for intimate weddings as small as 25 people
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We can arrange for catering to be done on-site (outdoor grilling) or you are welcome to bring any caterer you like.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- Yes! We have full A/V capacity with a projector and screen included.
