- For seated events, The Lark can happily accommodate 150 guests. For standing events, the venue can hold 204 guests.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- We ask that guests do not nail or drill into the venue walls - alien tape and command strips are highly encouraged. We do not allow glitter at The Lark.
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- If the Client cancels the event: 12 months or more before the event, the Client shall forfeit 100% of the retainer Within 12 months – 3 months before the event, the Client shall forfeit 100% of the retainer Within 3 months of the event, the Client shall forfeit 100% of the venue rental fee
- Is the venue handicap accessible?
- Yes, The Lark is completely handicap accessible.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- We do not offer on-site catering but we are happy to provide clients with information about our favorite local catering vendors.
