Preserved as a national historic site, The Howard reopened its doors in 2012 after a multi-million dollar renovation aimed to preserve the iconic attributes of the venue, while modernizing it to meet today’s entertainment standards and enhancing the guest experience for both concert goers and event attendees alike.

- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- The Howard Theatre venue rental includes the use of the space, all in-house furniture, all A/V equipment, and venue signage.
- Does the venue have on-site A/V equipment?
- The Howard Theatre has a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system included in your rental. The venue also has one main projector + screen, and two side projectors and screens flanking the stage.
- Is there a venue coordinator available to help with event logistics?
- Yes. Clients will be assigned a Private Event Sales Manager from the time a contract is signed through the planning and execution of your event.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- The Howard Theatre does not have in-house catering, however, we do have a Preferred Catering List.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Pearl Street Warehouse does not allow nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors and wall. ABSOLUTELY NO GLITTER, CONFETTI, OR FEATHERS ALLOWED.
