The Historic Train Depot

Rustic charm, exposed brick, boarding platform and green space all come together to create a unique venue for your next special occasion. This historic structure is approximately 3200 square feet and is perfect for weddings, corporate events, award dinners, parties, mitzvahs, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, lectures, birthdays, graduation celebrations, proms and other special occasions. Through its programs, exhibitions, and collections, the Newnan-Coweta Historical Society (NCHS) is dedicated to the interpretation and preservation of Coweta County's historical, cultural, and architectural heritage. The NCHS also serves, engages, and educates the diverse communities of Coweta County and the surrounding region, as well as the general public. The McRitchie-Hollis Museum and the Newnan Historic Train Depot are both operated by us. Our goal has always been to provide instructive and participatory programs to the community, and we ask that you join us in this effort by participating, becoming a member, or making a gift to the organization.
