- Venue fee includes a four hour event rental, three hours for set up, and two hours for breakdown. Tables are available onsite (enquire for current furniture inventory). Service ware for up to 150 guests (flatware, glassware, plates, cocktail napkins, etc.).
- What is the venue capacity?
- Reception: For a cocktail style reception: 300 guests. For a seated dinner or Buffet: 190-230 guests. Ceremony: For the Outdoor Waterfront: 140 guests For Under the Oaks: 250 guests. For the Marina Room: 90 guests.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Yes! Good Food Catering is the exclusive on site caterer.

- Yes! Good Food Catering offers four bar pricing options to best meet your needs
