Our spacious Harbor Room & Deck were renovated in 2019 and give have the perfect Martha’a Vineyard flavor for your next event. The event space overlooks the Inn's private marina, pool, and docks. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Rental Rates vary from $6450 to $8450 for larger weddings & conferences. The Conference room is available to nonprofits and smaller groups (retreats, meetings, small gatherings) at a discounted rate. Please contact for off season rates.
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Use of the Conference and Harbor Room, with access to our staging kitchen, use of all our furniture, and use of our deck featuring vast harbor views.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Harbor Room will fit up to 125 people for a cocktail style floor plan and 75 people for a sit down dinner. The Conference room will host up to 25 people.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No but we contract with Caterer and Bar Service providers to host events with alcohol.
- Does the venue have a curfew for events?
- 10pm for events with music.
